CLASSIC CONTEMPORARY ENGLISH KITCHEN
In this bright space light travels through the island from the French windows to the soft seating area.
The design offers the room a spacious quality while providing the perfect place to cook, prep, serve and relax.
We reworked the ground floor in this early twentieth century terraced house to become open plan.
Careful thought was needed to house all downstairs functions in one area: an entry point, room for recreation and TV viewing, a dining space, access to the garden as well as the food preparation and cooking areas.
The space below the stairs made a perfect walk-in pantry. This kind of modern simple design avoids visual clutter, allows free movement around the space and keeps the budget under control.
